All products on our website are listed with prices inclusive of VAT. To make a purchase on our website, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a guardian, such as a parent. This permission can be granted by having a parent send their explicit consent to us via email.

Hillango reserves the right to sell out of stock and disclaims any image or typographical errors on our website, such as inaccuracies in product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect stock levels, or incorrect pricing. Hillango reserves the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been listed for a product you have ordered, Hillango will, of course, inform you and await your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order.

Returer, byten, reklamationer

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If you change your mind or file a claim for your purchase on Hillango, you need to register your request using the contact form. Please have your packing slip ready, as it serves as your as your receipt and warrant

If you choose to withdraw your purchase and return the items by mail, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving them. We will provide a free return label within Sweden, and for other locations, return instructions will be provided. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items.
